Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering degree, Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years progressive manufacturing supervision/management and technical experience (preferably medical device manufacturing environment)
- Experience in utilizing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Black methodologies to improve manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
- Proven turn-around and startup manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to scale a manufacturing organization to from producing 10’s of capital equipment units to 100’s of units
- Good people management skills with the ability to drive change and inspire a team
- Savvy in manufacturing financial planning and control with proven results in MFG P&L contribution
