Responsibilities
Best candidates will have exposure to all types of real estate transactional law and will work hand in hand with existing firm attorneys on acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, corporate work among other areas
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant law firm experience in Real Estate transactional/corporate law; Excellent written and oral skills; strong organization and follow through.
- Must be licensed in Illinois.
- Existing book of portable business necessary for Of Counsel position, preferred but not mandatory for Senior Associate position.
