The ideal candidate must have experience working on sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters, tax planning,  as well as providing general business advice.

The right person must possess excellent drafting skills, have a strong financial or accounting background, have a deadline-oriented attitude, and a desire to have significant client and referral source interaction.
